赴日签证申请须知

  1. 关于英文邀请函 (Letter of Invitation or LOI)及日文邀请理由书（招へい理由書）

    英文邀请函 (Letter of Invitation or LOI)和日文邀请理由书（招へい理由書）皆由大会主办方出具。因邀请函和理由书都需要填写签证申请者的个人信息，请申请者登陆我们的大会网站完整地填写并提交LOI Requests和Pre-Registration。(大会主办方只出具英文邀请函，不出具日文的邀请函；同时大会主办方只出具日文邀请理由书，不出具英文的邀请理由书。）

  2. 关于身元保证书

    在日本外务省和日本在中国大使馆的网页上，明确记载当日方教授作为邀请人邀请时无需提交身元保证书。关于此项我们已向外务省和日本在中国大使馆确认，提供大会主席的在职证明书即可。所以我们只可提供大会主席的教授在职证明书。此项非常重要。如申请者的大学的有关单位需要核实，请他们直接与所属地区的日本大使馆或领事馆联系。无需与大会主办方联系。

      （２）招へい人が日本国政府中央府省庁の課長職以上，国の独立行政法人の研究機関の課長職以上，又は大学の教授若しくは准教授以上の方が業務上招へいする場合は省略可。

      （3）身元保证书（样式可下载）
      （注）以业务为目的，且邀请人为日本政府省厅或者是国家独立行政法人的研究机关的科长或大学教授或副教授级别以上的人时，可以省略身元保证书，申请人持因公护照也可省略身元保证书。
      申请人为两人以上时，请将其中代表的个人信息填写在招聘理由书上，另外做成一份全体申请人名单表，与申请材料一起提交。

  3. 关于滞在预定表（或滞留表）

    滞在预定表在大会网址上有样表，可以下载下来。因为每位参会者的日期是自己拟定的，所以我们可以只提供样表。如果样表的日期于申请者的实际申请日期一致的话，直接用样表就可以了。如不一致，请自行修改日期。请注意，滞在预定表上的飞机票的详情请根据申请者的预定的航班填写。此表无需大会主办方签字或盖印。关于样表上的滞留预定酒店的详情也需申请者根据个人预定酒店情况填写，无需通过大会主办方或大会主席同意。

  4. 关于EMS邮寄

    以上材料如果申请者需要大会主办方将原件用EMS的方式寄到申请者处。请签证申请者务必在大会网页上完整填写Pre-registration和LOI上的个人信息。请注意，EMS需要邮件接收者的电话号码。如无接收者电话号码，大会主办方将填写申请者所在大学的总机号码。

Visa & Letter of Invitation (LOI)

Entry Visas

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA, Retrieved on March 6, 2016), “As of December 2014, Japan has taken measures concerning the Visa Exemption Arrangements with 67 countries and regions as the chart below. Nationals and citizens of those countries and regions shown below are not required to obtain visas to enter Japan when their visits are tourism, commerce, conferences, visiting relatives/ acquaintances, etc. However, when foreign nationals engage in paid activities in Japan, or their periods of stay exceed those stipulated in each country’s arrangement of short-term stay, visas will be required to enter Japan.”

Letter of Invitation (英文邀请函) & Reasons for Invitation in Japanese (日文邀请理由书) LOI Request form

As part of the visa application process, you may be required to present/submit a Letter of Invitation (LOI) from the conference organizing committee. A LOI is only provided after the registration (either as a presenter or audience) is completed.

More details will be provided.

Letter of Guarantee

Applicants of short-term business visas should not require a Letter of Guarantee for this conference. Please confirm it at the nearest Consulates of Japan or Japanese Embassy of your country.
